Senior Associate

 

Ashmeen Kaur is a senior associate at the firm.

 

She has over fourteen (14) years experience in trade mark prosecution matters.

 

Ashmeen is primarily responsible for overseeing responses to Examination Reports and Provisional Refusals and other trade mark prosecution matters, including handling hearings at the Trade Marks Registry.  Ashmeen also handles opposition proceedings and pre-litigation tasks, such as drafting cease and desist letters. 

 

Ashmeen serves on the firm’s Internship Committee. 

 

Prior to joining the firm, she worked at a well-known IP boutique firm in NOIDA.
