Senior Associate

Avilash Kumbhar is a senior associate at the firm.

 

Avilash has over five (5) years of experience in Intellectual Property (IP) practice.

 

He handles matters covering all aspects of the firm’s trade marks practice, with a focus on trade mark prosecution, oppositions, cancellations, enforcement and pre-litigation advisory work. He regularly represents the firm’s clients in hearings before Trade Marks Registries across the country.  

 

Avilash also serves on the firm’s Internships Committee.

 

Prior to joining the firm, Avilash worked with the IP team of a well-known full-service law firm in Bangalore.
