Associate

 

Vatsala Bhardwaj is an associate at the firm.

 

Vatsala assists her seniors in responding to provisional refusals and examination reports, opposition matters including drafting of Notices of Opposition, opposition opinions and advisory work, including worldwide portfolio management of trade marks. She also assists with hearings at the Trade Marks Registry.

 

Prior to joining the firm, Vatsala worked as an associate with a full-service law firm based in Noida NCR.
