Neha specializes in trademark prosecution matters and drafting a wide range of documents, including Notices of Opposition, counter-statements, evidence affidavits, and responses to provisional refusals and Examination Reports. 

Prior to joining the firm, Neha worked as an associate at a boutique IP firm in NOIDA.
