Associate

 

Shashwat Tiwari is an associate at the firm.

 

Shashwat’s primary responsibilities at the firm include drafting responses to Examination Reports and provisional refusals, preparing and filing Notices of Oppositions, Counter Statements, Evidence Affidavits and advising clients on availability of marks. He also assists in prosecution of copyright and designs applications.  

 

Shashwat serves on the firm’s Internship Committee.
