Sujata Chaudhri IP Attorneys is looking for an associate with 1-2 years of PQE in IP prosecution/opposition and enforcement. The ideal candidate should have had experience at a law firm with extensive experience in advising, and acting for, clients on all aspects of trademark law, including oppositions, cancellations, settlement negotiations, strategizing and advising on appropriate enforcement actions, etc. Experience with copyright and design prosecution would be a plus. The candidate should have excellent drafting and analytical skills, and the ability to juggle multiple matters in a fast-paced environment.
The candidate should also be an avid learner, have an ability to work and prosper in a fast-paced work environment and must have a good attitude towards work.
The office location is in NOIDA and we're primarily working from the office premises. The firm offers competitive remuneration and benefits.
