Senior Associate 

Neha Sharma is a senior associate at the firm. 

 

Neha has over eight (8) years of experience in handling trademark prosecution matters.

 

Neha handled matters at the Trade Marks Registries, including, hearings and chain of title recordals. Neha also assists with copyright prosecution matters, including responses to objection letters and issuance of registrations, at the firm. 

 

Prior to joining the firm, Neha worked with an IP law firm based in Delhi.
