Associate

Radhika Arora is an associate at the firm.

 

Radhika is involved in all aspects of the firm’s practice with a primary focus on litigation and enforcement matters. Radhika regularly works on lawsuits that the firm handles for a wide range of clients. She also attends and assists with hearings at the Delhi High Court and district courts across the country. In addition, Radhika is involved in pre-litigation advisory work. She also has experience in trade mark oppositions.

 

Prior to joining the firm, Radhika worked as an associate with a boutique IP law firm based in New Delhi specializing in litigation in trade mark and design infringement cases.
