Apoorva has over fourteen (14) years of rich experience in managing portfolios, educating, advising clients on best IP strategies, risk analysis, enforcement strategies, and contested proceedings before the Trade Marks Office. Additionally, Apoorva has experience in arriving at win-win settlement of contested matters. Her practice also includes conducting strategic clearance searches and providing jurisdiction-specific opinions to navigate complex landscapes.
 
With a strong track record in oppositions, cancellation and rectification, reviews, and appeals, Apoorva is known for her sector-sensitive approach and ability to craft commercially aligned IP solutions. She regularly represents clients across industries, bringing a blend of deep legal acumen and practical insight to every matter.
