Pranjal Jain is an Associate at the firm.

 

Pranjal has experience in handling end-to-end opposition and rectification/ cancellation proceedings at the Trade Marks Registry. He also assists with prosecution matters, such as responding to provisional refusals and Examination Reports, trade mark clearance searches, and pre-litigation advisory work.

 

Prior to joining the firm, Pranjal worked as an associate at an IP firm in Delhi.
