We are looking for a Senior Associate who has experience with IP prosecution, opposition and enforcement.
The ideal candidate should have had 4-6 years of post-qualification experience at a law firm with extensive experience in advising, and acting for, clients on all aspects of trademark law. Must have worked primarily on oppositions, cancellations, online take-downs, domain name disputes and transfers, settlement negotiations and agreements, strategizing and advising on appropriate enforcement actions, etc. Experience with copyright and design prosecution would be a plus.
The candidate should have excellent drafting and analytical skills and the ability to supervise and mentor a team of associates. Also, it would be ideal if the candidate has experience with review of documents that have been drafted by associates.
