Urfee Roomi is a partner at the firm.
Urfee spearheads the firm’s litigation and enforcement practice. He is an experienced litigator of IP disputes in courts around the country. Urfee also has experience in settling IP disputes, including through mediation. In general, Urfee’s approach is to assist clients resolve complex intellectual property disputes with a pragmatic and decisive value-added approach.
In addition to his litigation practice, Urfee has advised clients on issues related to trademark and design clearance, licensing and trade secrets issues. He also represents brand owners before the Trade Marks Registry. In addition, Urfee has handled domain name disputes before the National Internet Exchange of India and the World Intellectual Property Organization.
Urfee serves as the chair of the firm’s Business Development Committee.
