Urfee Roomi is a Partner at the firm.

Urfee leads the firm’s litigation and enforcement practice and is known for his deep expertise in trademark law. He has significant experience handling complex IP disputes before courts across India and has consistently played a key role in shaping evolving legal standards in this area. Urfee approaches each matter with a pragmatic and decisive strategy, often combining traditional litigation with mediation to arrive at commercially sensible solutions.
Urfee has successfully led high-stakes counterfeit and enforcement actions including securing injunctions, conducting civil raids for global clients, and obtaining “well-known” trademark declarations for several top brands. Beyond the courtroom, he guides clients through mediation and settlement strategies to achieve efficient, business-focused resolutions, while also contributing to the firm’s growth by enhancing internal systems, nurturing talent, and driving innovation in client service.
