The Division Bench of Delhi High Court dismissed an appeal filed by RSPL Health Pvt. Ltd. (“Appellant”), challenging the decision of the Ld. District Judge, who had earlier refused to grant interim injunction against Sun Pharma Laboratories Limited (“Respondent”).
